I'm loosing weight

Well believe it or not, I had put down my weight for more than 18kilos until today. I did once hit 105 to 110 kilos before it came down to 80 kilos. But unfortunately, my idle weight should be around 65 kilos in which I need to perform more with Cardio exercises either running on the treadmill, cycling or jogging.  Either one will be good.


Last two weeks, I went for a medical checkup which I need to renew my driving license for heavy vehicles, upon the checkup in which has been made, I had been told that my body cholesterol levels are excellent, well about 4.4 but my weight due to my height was totally out from the critical upper limit line...huhhuhuhuhu...

I had been informed by the doctor that I need to reduce my weight to 65 in which shall be an idle weight for me. The doctor told me that if I manage to put down a kilo, my upper BP shall reduce by 2 and the lower level shall be reduce by 1.

I'm thinking on reducing more weight.... huhuhuhuhu
